  • The GiLLY WAGON Event Staff is a group of superstars that arrive ready to make the party happen! Our team is ready and willing to step into any role that the event needs in order to get the job done. This ranges from helping guests check in to keeping the tables clean. This is an on-your-feet, active events position and candidates should be comfortable moving and lifting items if the event requires it. This person should be equally jazzed about doing things behind the scenes as they are being front and center at the event. The ideal candidates will be responsible, punctual, and understand that great experiences make for great events.

  • We are looking for some smiling faces that are quick studies to take on and talk about brands at different marketing activations in the Seattle area. Brand Ambassadors will study up on the brands we work with and be willing to deploy to different events and marketing activations around the area with their knowledge. If you are friendly, engaging, and looking for a great opportunity to share your knowledgde with people at fun events, this is the role for you!

  • We are looking for a handful of amazing people with skills behind the bar to work special events . The ideal candidate will be confident behind the bar from properly pouring beer to expertly shaking up the perfect gin fizz. This is an on-call position - while you will not have a guarantee of hours, our bartenders are able to create their own adventure by selecting the events that fit within their schedule. In addition to having your MAST permit and excellent bartending skills, the ideal candidates will be responsible, punctual, and understand that great experiences make for great events.

  • Our Event Set Up & Strike Team is the muscle behind all of our events. As part of the team, you will be moving event supplies into place, helping us get them set up and when the party ends, you’ll return to help us tear it all down and pack it back up.

    We are looking for people that aren’t afraid to put some muscle in it. The ideal candidate will be reliable, and hard-working. This position covers everything from loading a truck to unpacking fine china for a dinner. Our Event Set Up/Strike Team is the behind-the-scenes backbone of support for all of the great events that we do!

    GiLLY WAGON is looking for a Content Creation intern to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator intern will be focused on assisting with the creation, optimization, and management of content across various platforms to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and support marketing strategies.

    The intern will learn all about and make contributions to GiLLY WAGON’s branding and style guide to maximize the impact of the content they generate efficiently. In this role you will gain an understanding of the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with the team to consistently deliver excellence.

    Interns will be learning from and working closely with the Communications Director and our content creation partners with guidance from a collective group with an audience of over 11,000 monthly listeners and 300,000 instagram followers. GiLLY WAGON has multiple channels such as Seattle Cocktail Club, Seattle Cocktail Week, Dead Men of Whiskey, and more.

    What you’ll learn

    What you’ll do

    -Collaborate with the team to determine and solve campaign objectives

    -Monitor digital engagement metrics

    -Promote company offerings to reach new audiences

    -Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter

    -Aid with the visual design of promotional materials

    Skills and qualifications

    -Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills

    -Knowledge of SEO best practices

    -Confident written and verbal communication skills

    -Organizational and time-management abilities

    -High degree of computer literacy

    Preferred qualifications

    -Capable of managing multiple competing priorities

    -Understanding of impactful marketing tactics

    -Knowledge of spirits is a plus but not required

    GiLLY WAGON is looking for an Event Coordinator Intern to help support us in our events. The Event Coordinator would be focusing on helping with logistics and prep of events.

    You will be assisting with events GiLLY WAGON has with clients and their own brands such as Seattle Cocktail Club and Bartender’s Circle.

    What you’ll learn

    What you’ll do
    -
    Assist with Event Planning

    -Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and suppliers to coordinate event logistics and ensure all necessary materials are secured

    -Attend Planning Meetings

    -On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, attendee assistance, and breakdown

    -Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks related to event planning, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

    Skills and Qualifications
    -
    Must be 21 or older

    -Strong written and oral communication skills

    -Proficiency in Google Suite

    -Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects

    -Comfortable representing the organization at community events

    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    -Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize

    -Excellent research, writing, and customer service skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    Creative Cloud a plus, but not required
