About the Role:

This role is responsible for supporting the holiday market. Your role will involve coordinating several aspects of event planning and production, ensuring high-quality experiences that align with our brand standards and client expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Join an incredible and supportive team that collaborates and innovates

  • Plan, manage and execute the holiday market

  • Assist with event production

  • On-Site Coordination

  • Communicating our needs clearly with vendors & venue

  • Manage event staff while on-site

  • Posting event listings 

  • Working with local agencies and influencers to help get the word out

Schedule

Leading up to this event will be a Monday - Friday position but as we get closer to the event, there will be weekend responsibilities that come into play. These dates are known months in advance but it remains worth noting that there may be times when a Monday through Friday schedule is not always the case.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job

Compensation and Benefits

We know that you want to know what type of salary a position can pay before applying. Your final salary will be determined based on what you can bring to the role, how it fits with our business model, and the experiences you have. That means we encourage folks who may be new to the industry to apply as we are willing to train someone eager to learn.

Salary: $55,000

Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

Health and Wellness: 70% employer-paid premiums for employee medical, dental, and vision. Generous paid time off programs for birthing and non-birthing parents are provided, along with paid injury/illness leave and paid family emergency leave.

Paid Time Off: All roles accrue one week of paid vacation within their first year and are eligible for comp time and paid holidays.
